My fitness journey began 7 years ago-just me, a yoga mat, and a handful of core workouts. At the time, I was also lifting weights to support my performance in school sports. But it didn’t take long before something clicked. What started as routine quickly turned into a real passion.
Working out has changed my physical and mental health in so many ways.Strength training gave me confidence I didn’t know I was missing. Movement became my therapy, my stress relief, and my reset button. I’ve felt firsthand how powerful fitness can be—not just for the body, but for the mind. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others discover that same shift in themselves.
As I began educating myself more about resistance training and how to properly fuel my body, I noticed huge changes in my appearance and performance. I started lifting consistently, prioritizing nutrition, and building healthy habits that stuck. That’s when I knew: fitness wasn’t just something I did—it was something I lived.
In 2024, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into purpose and became a certified personal trainer. Now, I get to help others experience the same growth and transformation that changed my life.
